Student assistant wanted for Data Annotation for Deep Learning

Helmholtz Imaging brings together scientists and engineers in the Helmholtz Association to promote and advance imaging research and to create synergies between the different imaging modalities and applications in the Helmholtz Association. Together with CSSB, the Helmholtz Imaging Team at DESY is developing software for the automatic analysis of so-called plaque assays. In order to provide the necessary data basis for the training of a deep learning algorithm, a student assistant is sought for the for the period of 2 months.

• Task: Annotation of data for Deep Learning
• Duration: 2 months
• Extent: 20 hours per week
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Remuneration: The position is compensated according to salary level E3 step 1 (50%)
